Yoga Asana
Prem Flow Yoga offers you a diversified program of yoga asana sessions, all designed to cultivate awareness of self, as physical, mental, emotional, psycho-social, and energetic dimensions of being.
This is achieved through the application of techniques rooted in Kriya yoga, Raja yoga, and Tantra, through postures, movement, stillness, pranayama, breathing, visualization, and meditation.
