Restorative / Yin
A restorative and structurally transformative practice, in which you will be moving slowly through sequences of postures that will not only physically open your body, but also help set a healthy foundational momentum through which you can let go of a host of energetic, mental and emotional blockages and constrictions held through fear-based conditioning and habituation.
This practice unfolds from a mostly Yin (receptive, gentle, mindful, patient and non-forceful). Here we invite the practice and the postures to become the medium through which organic transformation, (as openness and release), is attained from a place of effortless participation.
While the practice is designed around the themes of surrender and effortlessness, it is also anchored in safety through sound anatomical principles, continuously applied with awareness, diligence and focus.
This practice is great for all of those who wish to reconnect with their inner-Koala. I know you're out there!
May you be well, and feel good about it. |
