Restorative /Yin Yoga Training
Join us in this Restorative / Yin Yoga Course that is designed to be calming and balancing to both body and mind. You will profit from increased mobility, better sleep and learn in a fabulous way to cope with anxiety and reduce stress levels in your daily life.
Combining the practical wisdom found in Restorative and Yin Yoga techniques this transformational 3 to 6 day course is an invitation to delve into a practice with meditative approach, and a physical focus on accessing deep tissues through postures and breathing exercises targeting areas that encompass our joints (hips, sacrum, spine).
Relying on long holds of asanas, and slow breathing techniques, we will come to experience very deep and relaxing effects on both the physical body and mind, while softening the muscles and moving closer to the bones.
