Pranayama, Breathing for Positive Transformation

Pranayama, when approached and used properly, is the Bees' knees practice of yoga.
Not only will Pranayama, when approached with mindfulness, diligence and patience:
1) improve breathing/lung capacity,
2) inspire coherence between Sympathetic and Parasympathetic neural activity,
3) healthily synch heart and brain,
4) and prepare the body and mind to slip into deeper meditative states (during meditation),
6) but, and most importantly, it will prepare and support you, physically, mentally and emotionally, on your alchemical journey from embodied being to Spiritual being.
Now, regarding point number 6), if you happen to have raised a doubtful eyebrow, allow me to counter that by adding that Pranayama, my dear suspicious friend, has been proven through solid research, (just don't ask me for gruesome details about said research), increasingly and incrementally supercharge you with the purest grade of Pranic energy, (oh yeah!) and by that I mean 100% pure, no-additives, no-toxins, Spiritual Prana -so how about that as a perk?!
So don't you hesitate to give me a howler, if you're sold on the product. After, all it ain't a pranayama party, if I'm pranayaming on my own.
