Kriya Yoga

My relationship to Kriya Yoga is directly linked to my soul connection to Bhagavan Eknath, and through him to the Nath spiritual tradition.

This connection, which links me Bhagavan Eknath at soul level, and which is related to a disciple-master relationship experienced through a past incarnation, was revealed and rekindled in November of 2018.

The Kriya practice I have been prescribed is specifically designed for my current incarnation, and wouldn't be appropriate for anyone else.

However, I am always available to discuss and explore the foundational concepts underlying all Kriya practices.

For those of you who wish to be instructed in Kriya, there a few genuine yoga teachers, with more palpably conventional affiliations to the spiritual lineages they represent... and I can definitely recommend one.
