Caring for our Mind-Body Being
The human mind-body complex is a unique and sacred vessel, a precious means through which spirit, soul and consciousness get to experience being, doing, co-creating, sharing, learning and evolving.
How we relate and treat our selves reflects how we relate to everything else. It is also a direct indicator of how conscious or unconscious we are of our true nature as Spirit.
Prem Flow Yoga offers guidance through a wide range of practical (self-care) holistic, non-invasive, modalities and techniques based on yoga, tantra, vedanta and Taoism.
In relation to the mind-body complex, we provide support through either:
Rehabilitative Yoga Therapy (Available through Zoom ; Cost: 15 euros / session ; 60 to 90 minutes)
Holistic Yoga Therapy (Available through Zoom ; Cost: 15 euros / session ; 60 to 90 minutes)
