About the 200hr Program ( Modules )
An in-depth program, designed to provide you with a solid yogic foundation, adaptable to your needs and aspirations.
The course can be done in 4 modules of 1 week each. Modules can be spaced based to best fit your needs and preferences.
During the 200hr Module YTTC, you will learn:
- How to properly practice and instruct a wide range of postures (asanas), with modifications for students at any level
- Breathing techniques and exercises (pranayama), and its practical applications for beginners and experienced yoga students
- Theory and practical application of various meditation techniques, with time to cultivate a deeper relationship to meditation and learn how to instruct from personal experience
- Skills and knowledge that will help you positively and confidently instruct diverse body types and needs
- Instruction in leading heart-centered multi-style yoga practices
- A thorough study of yoga’s philosophical roots; with practical ways on how to integrate this knowledge into your life and teaching
- Ways to sensibly infuse the wisdom of Ayurveda, Chi gong, Chinese accupressure, and, Chakra imagery into your own practice and teaching approach.
- The cultivation of a greater sense of awareness, compassion, patience and understanding. |
