Caring for our Mind-Body Being

The human mind-body complex is a unique and sacred vessel, a precious means through which spirit, soul and consciousness get to experience being, doing, co-creating, sharing, learning and evolving.

How we relate and treat our selves reflects how we relate to everything else. It is also a direct indicator of how conscious or unconscious we are of our true nature as Spirit.

Prem Flow Yoga offers guidance through a wide range of practical (self-care) holistic, non-invasive, modalities and techniques based on yoga, tantra, vedanta and Taoism.

In relation to the mind-body complex, we provide support through either:

Rehabilitative Yoga Therapy (Available through Zoom ; Cost: 15 euros / session ; 60 to 90 minutes)

Holistic Yoga Therapy (Available through Zoom ; Cost: 15 euros / session ; 60 to 90 minutes)

Rehabilitative Yoga Therapy

This is an approach to yoga that is akin to that of Physical Rehabilitative Therapy.

My involvement with yoga as a rehabilitative modality is related to my life-long rich history of dealing with sport's injuries, my experience as a rehabilitative Consultant at the USF Physical Therapy Center, and the Tampa Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center.

Based on years of training with BKS Iyengar, my approach to Rehabilitate Yoga Therapy is designed to help people reach and cultivate an optimal level of physical wellbeing.

Rehabilitate Yoga Therapy requires from the participant a can-do attitude, diligence, patience, courage, and hard work..

It usually only takes me a few sessions to effectively guide my clients to a state of autonomy and self-reliance, in which they become skillful enough to properly apply awareness, attention and intention through movement, stillness and breath, with emphasis on safety, alignment and proper breathing.

Holistic Yoga Therapy

Holistic Yoga Therapy taps into the wisdom of Yogic Science and Ayurveda in relation to the treatment of various physical, psychosomatic, psycho-behavioral and emotional imbalances.

Holistic Yoga therapy relies on the application of principles and methodologies anchored in Ayuraveda, yoga, Tantra, and Vedanta.

This is an aspect of working with yoga that I appreciate the most.

Holistic yoga therapy sessions are private.
